Painting too many years in many other mediums, I have found my harmony in Sumi-e. Colorful florals are my love and the discipline of this ancient Asian brush style captures the essence of my message ... beauty in its simplicity, integrity in the brush strokes, character of individuality and modesty in not overstating.
